Nancy Penrod, 78, was not breathing when police responded to the scene on Lane Mills Road between Greenwood Loop Road and Kirk Lane where a car and minivan had crashed around 9:45 a.m., township police said.
Penrod was hospitalized and later pronounced dead, police said.
A 78-year-old man driving the minivan and 30-year-old woman driving the other vehicle, both from Brick, were hospitalized for treatment, police said.
The cause remains under investigation.
